CON AMAZONIA was born as a solution to the major challenges faced by Amazonian Indigenous businesses in accessing markets and showcasing their unique value. Over time, these projects have received support in production, processing, and management, but have lacked solid business strategies to enable them to grow and become sustainable.

To change this reality, the CONFENIAE Commission on Economy and Community Development is promoting CON AMAZONIA as a strategy for promotion and positioning. Its mission is to raise the profile of and strengthen Amazonian Indigenous economies as a model of sustainable development, based on cultural identity, ancestral knowledge, and biodiversity.
